FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Residents in the UK are entitled to free standard delivery on any order.
Orders to most areas of the UK should arrive within 2-4 working days excluding Northern Ireland and some parts of the Highlands.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48 tracked service.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK)
Express delivery (£5) orders to most areas of the UK should arrive within 1 – 2 working days when ordered Monday – Friday. All orders Monday – Friday will be shipped the same or next day. Items ordered after 2.00pm on Fridays will be processed the next working day (Usually Monday unless there is a Bank Holiday). Please be aware that bank holidays will extend the delivery time. Exclusions include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and some highland areas which cannot be guaranteed 1 – 2 day.

EU customers are entitled to free standard delivery on all orders of £100 or over made in a single transaction online at www.superuniverse.co.uk
Most standard delivery service parcels will reach their destination within 7 to 10 day in the EU. However, some destinations may require additional time for parcels to arrive.
Rest of the world customers are entitled to free standard delivery on all orders of £150 or over made in a single transaction online at www.superuniverse.co.uk

Standard Europe and International delivery is Via Royal Mail Air Mail Tracked service
We offer a simple 14 Day returns policy. If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email (stating the reason for return) within 14 days of receipt.
If goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange. After 7 working days, we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. The costs of returning goods will be paid by you.
The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given. Items must be returned in ‘As New’ condition. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned.
Damaged/Faulty Goods Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us.
We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
